LPS Business Conclave 2017’ was organised by Learning Path School Mohali, in collaboration with Ashoka University, Sonipat on 24th and 25th November. The Conclave was aimed towards enhancing the business acumen of young minds and hone their entrepreneurial skills. Considering that creativity plays a rather critical role in the world today the students were given challenging platform like; Business Quiz, Business Titan Challenge, Corporate Roadies, Easy Writing and Poster Making Competition, to openly manifest their creativity. About 300 students from the northern region participated in the event. A highly interactive and creative workshop on the topic “students and industry-advancing aspiration & reason, diligence & sense (standards)” was also conducted. The motive of this workshop was to create awareness about the modus operandi of the corporate world in an intriguing way. The two day event ensured that the students came back with the intent and knowledge to take the lead as future entrepreneurs. Four students of class 11th and 12th, from ST KABIR PUBLIC SCHOOL won the first in the following events held at the conclave: Anshalika (xi) first prize in Corporate Roadies, Khushi Satviki (xii) first prize in essay writing competition, Abhinav Sharda and Pranav Goyal bagged the first position in the Business Titan Challenge. We proudly rejoice in the success of our students who brought laurels to the school in this events.
ST Kabir School won the 2nd position in UT Inter School Chess Tournament U-14 (Boys). This tournament was state level organised by UT government. This event was held on 02 Aug. 2017 in GMHS SEC.-38-D, CHD.
In this events ST KABIR PUBLIC SCHOOL got 3rd place in the Competition. This tournament was UT Inter School level organised by UT government. This event was held on 31 Aug. 2017 in GMHS SEC.-38-D, CHD.
This competition was held at “ATS valley school, Derabassi”. Five teams from our school participated in it and one of our teams was awarded the third position in Robo Fight under Lego category.
Adit luthra of class vii-C bagged the first prize under open category. While the other students were awarded certificate of participation.
Students from St Kabir participated in the INTACH event organized at Bhavan Vidyalaya Chandigarh on 11th Apr. 2017.
The movie “Geete” Nani ki Potli Se filmed by students of St Kabir was show cased at the event.
St Kabir Team won two prizes – Best Script for Nani ki Potli Se and Best Visuals for Ayurveda.
Parliamentary Debate Competition was held in St Kabir School on the 24th – 25th April 2017. Students of Class XI & XII participated in the competition. It was a good platform for the students to have improve upon their speaking skills.
Team St Kabir participated in the Interschool Declamation Competition hosted by Shemrock Senior Secondary School, Mohali on the 27th April 2017.
Three teams from St Kabir Public School participated in the two day World Scholar’s Cup hosted by Learning Path School, Mohali on the 7th & 8th May 2017.
Team 1 won the first position for the Best Writing Team.
Adit Luthra and Dhruv Kapoor of class VI and Dushyant of class VII stood Ist in Robo Model makingand Dhruv Singal of class VII and Nitesh Bhardwaj of class VIII and Jaiaditya of class VI stood 3rd in the Robo Fight event held at ATS Valley School, Derabassi.

Harshita Goyal from class IV won the First Prize in the MS-Paint competition organized by Sri Aurobindo School, Sector-27, Chandigarh
2 teams participated in The World Scholar Cup (Regional round) held at Learning Path School, Mohali. Team I has qualified for the Asia Round and Team II has qualified for the Global Round at USA.
The city round of Wild Wisdom Quiz was hosted by Learning Path School, Sector-67, Mohali. In the middle school category Shreya Sharma and Suvansh Mahajan from class VIII stood first and Alamvir and Utsav Aggarwal from class V stood first in the Junior category.
Ritika and Jannat of class XII won the 3rd prize in the competition.
Abhimanyu Pragal of class IV-A bagged the First Position in sub-junior category in the Poetry Recitation Competition held at Army Public School, Chandimandir.
2 students of class XII participated in the ‘Literary Festival 2016’ held at the Lawerence School, Sanawar (H.P). Bisman Gill and Ritika Majumdar of class XII bagged the 3rd position in the competition.
4 students of our school Navya Raheja, Dhriti Katoch, Tushaar Batheja and Kanishq Chhabra of class IX participated in Tricity Inter School Computer Quiz organized by Shishu Niketan School, Mohali in association with Dainik Bhaskar. Our team comprising of Kanishq Chhabra and Tushaar Batheja won Runner’s up Trophy. Tushaar Batheja individually won the ‘Genius’ Trophy for scoring the highest number of marks in the first round.
Chetanya Mittal, Cherag Singhal of class X and Suvansh Mahajan of class VII won the 3rd prize in the National Round.
Arushi Mishra of class VII won the 2nd prize in the Slogan Writing Competition held at T.S. Central State Library, Sector-17, Chandigarh.
Inter School Music and Dance Competition was organized by ‘Satyug Darshan Sangeet Kala Kender at NITTTR, Sector-26, Chandigarh.
Arya Gaba of Class X won the 3rd prize in the Solo Song category.
Our students presented a Rajasthani Dance in which they stood 3rd in the competition.
National Children’s Science Congress was held at Technical Teachers’ Training Institute, Sector-26, Chandigarh. The Junior Group comprising of Jaspartap Singh, Divleen Madaan, Hardik Handa, Kartik Jindal, Aryan Masih of class VII secured the first position at State level and has been selected for the Nationals to be held at Pune.
Laam Exporama was hosted by Bhavan Vidalaya, Panchkula. St Kabir students stood first in ‘KAGZI KRITI’ , second in ‘MIXED BAG’ and third in ‘AND THE TROPHY GOES TO’

20 students of St Kabir Public School, Chandigarh attended YPS, Patiala MUN from 14th to 16th November 2015. The theme for the MUN was ‘Vasudhavakutumbakam- The world is one stage”. It brought 250 students of 28 schools from India and abroad together on the same platform to discuss various issues concerning world peace and security. Our students left no stone unturned to bag the Winner’s trophy for Best Delegation. Pranav Aggarwal was given the Secretary General’s Best Delegate Award and received Rs. 4000 in cash and a set of gold plated pens. Anchit Jasuja, Ashmeet Singh, Rajbir Singh Sodhi, Shayan Yaseen, Rakshita Kochhar and Prarabhd Bhatia received a special mention. Harnoor Singh Sethi, Shresht Jain, Chetanya Mittal and Pryas Jain received High Commendation from the Committee. Pranav Gupta, Vanshaj Chawla, Samyak Jain, Aadil Goyal, Angad Arora, Gurbal Singh, Arjun Vij, Daksh Walia and Devansh Soni received participation certificates. Mr. Papai Sengupta, Chief General Manager, State Bank of Patiala gave away the prizes to the winners.
Molly Carver Cricket Tournament U-17 (Boys) held St. Stephen’s School, Sec-45, Chandigarh. Our Team won the match. Our Capt. Anirudh Tandon got Man of the Series and Man of the Match, Naman got best fielder trophy.
1. In the U-17 category for boys, Gursahib Singh from class X-A won a gold medal in the 300m race.
2. In the U-14 category for girls, Sara Bhattal of class VI-A won a gold medal in the 200m race.
1. Maurvi Malik of class I-A won a gold medal in Rink Race I and silver medal in the Road Race.
