| Fee Rules |
|
|
- All Fees are
to be deposited in CANARA
BANK, SECTOR 17-C, CHANDIGARH.
The Counter will remain
open from 10.00 am to 2.00
p.m. and 2.30 pm to 3.30
pm Monday to Friday and
from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
on Saturday.
- The Fee Book
must be presented at the
time of payment of School
Fee.
- Fee and other dues should
be paid before or on the
10th of the month. Tuition
fee is to be paid in quarterly
instalments in the month
of March, June, September
and December. Total fee
for 12 months may also be
paid together.
- A fine of Rs.25/- per
day will be charged after
the 10th of the month. The
names of students who have
not paid till the 10th of
the 2nd consecutive month
will be struck from the
school roll.
- Re-admission procedure
will have to be followed,
if parent/guardian intends
to keep the child in the
school.
- Should any of the last
dates of payment fall on
a holiday, then the payment
due by that date may be
remitted on the succeeding
working day without penalty.
- Fee for the first Quarter
will be accepted in Cash/by
Bank Draft only. Fees for
Second, Third and Fourth
Quarter to be paid in Cash/by
Local Cheque or Bank Draft.
