Recommendation to Parents
  1. The school expects the Parents co-operation to ensure that:
    1. The children come to School punctually and regularly, and are neatly and properly dressed.
    2. The children's text and exercise books are neatly covered, correctly labelled and brought to school as per the school time table. These should be properly maintained.
    3. Homework and practice exercises are regularly done and children follow an early to bed routine on week days.
  2. Parents/Guardians must make satisfactory transport arrangements for their child/ward. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure that the children reach the school punctually and are picked up on time. The school cannot be held responsible for the safety of the pupil after school hours.

  3. Parents are also expected to co-operate with the School authorities by taking an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school. In particular they are understood to have entrusted the Principal and Teachers with the authority to correct and punish their children at their reasonable discretion.

  4. Parents are informed that their children may be sent home for:
    1. Coming late to school;
    2. Not wearing the correct uniform;
    3. Not getting remarks in the school diary signed by their parents.
  5. Parents are especially requested to please notify the school immediately if there are any changes in their, or the emergency contact person's address and telephone number.

  6. When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to mention in their letters the name, the class and section of their child/children.

  7. Any message to teachers or students may be given to the school office staff who will be glad to pass it to the person concerned. Only in any emergency, will a teacher or student be called to the phone during the school hours.

  8. Parents may not meet the students during the school hours. In case the child has to be collected during school hours (e.g. for a doctor's appointment) a leave application must be submitted in advance and prior sanction obtained.

  9. All articles found on the school premises will be placed in the "Lost and Found Box". Students may claim them during school hours. Please label all items of clothing belonging to your child. This makes lost articles easier to trace. Articles not claimed are given to a charitable institution at the end of the session.

  10. As the medium of instruction in this school is English, parents are requested to ensure that there is a certain amount of regular English conversation at home. This would help the children to follow their lessons easily and intelligently.

  11. Valuable articles are not allowed on the school premises and the school is not responsible for any loss or damage.

  12. Parents are requested to ensure that the students bring their 'tiffins' in the morning. In the interest of security, 'tiffin'/Iunch packets brought later will not be accepted.

  13. Sick children should not be sent to school. They pose a health hazard to their fellow school students. Partial leave of absence shall not be granted. Once the child attends the school, it is understood that he/she is well enough to stay the whole day. They shall not be allowed to leave early.
