Our programme supports students in navigating the period of adolescence with confidence and self-awareness. Age-appropriate sex education, including awareness about puberty, personal safety, body autonomy, and healthy relationships, are thoughtfully integrated into the curriculum through credible programmes such as UnTaboo. Complementing this is the General Knowledge Quest Programme, designed by Nexus Company that broadens students’ horizons by strengthening awareness about the world around them.

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) classes are project and problem based hands-on activities which are interdisciplinary in nature. The expected outcome is to inculcate problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration through practical laboratory-based projects. Tinkering is a way of life for our middle schoolers.
Our evaluation approach is holistic, competency-based, and growth-oriented. We integrate ongoing formative assessments with structured summative evaluations to ensure a balanced and comprehensive understanding of each learner’s academic progress and skill development.
Students also participate in external benchmark assessments conducted by reputed organisations such as Educational Initiatives and the Science Olympiad Foundation, enabling meaningful performance analysis at the school, state and national levels.
The middle school skill-enrichment programme is designed to introduce students to experiential and vocational learning at an early stage. The programme focuses on nurturing practical abilities, creativity, problem-solving skills, and responsible work habits alongside academic learning. Kaushal Bodh encourages exploration, curiosity, and self-discovery, helping learners recognise their interests and strengths laying a strong foundation for informed career choices and future readiness.

Hobby classes are conducted on Mondays and Tuesdays during school hours. The Chandigarh Chapter of CISV endeavours to provide students of our school the opportunity to participate in CISV International Camps. 21st Century Skills are not just a buzzword for us. Our students develop these through our Thematic Morning Assemblies. We encourage and guide our students to identify issues of social and community relevance, chalk out plans and execute action to manifest the change that they want to see in society through projects done under Aikyam, our community connect programme. Sports during and beyond school hours helps our middle schoolers keep the hormones in balance and sail joyfully through the turbulent teen years.
