A teacher

• must possess the power to create conditions that help students learn.
• must be able to connect with the students.
• must connect the students with the subject.
• must go beyond the text book.
• must have a passion for her subject.

The selection criteria is based on the following:

• Graduate/Post Graduate with training – B.Ed/NTT (subjects taken in B.Ed must match the main subjects in Graduation/Post Graduation).
• Minimum five years teaching experience.

The selection process is thorough, transparent and completely on merit. The school puts insertions in the local newspapers inviting applications from teachers.

• The applications and resumes are shortlisted.
• Shortlisted applicants are telephonically informed about the date & time of preliminary interview.
• Applicant has to go through a few rounds of interviews before selection.
